There is no restriction for buprenorphine prescription. Not even a course anymore – anyone can get it and prescribe as to 30 patients
Could states apply for a federal exemption, like the one for Schedule I peyote, while we wait for federal legislation to deschedule cannabis?

Question: What is the likelihood of loosening the restrictions/training requirements for MDs to prescribe buprenorphine until cannabis makes it to mainstream medicine? Any MD with a DEA license can prescribe an opioid, however, they can’t prescribe buprenorphine.

Question: Any guesses on how long it would take to breed a Delta 8 dominant flower? Individuals from the legacy market tell me some have been working on this.
Great question. I am doubtful that this would be possible today, without extremely precise and meticulous genetic testing /sequencing, along with a complete understanding of the molecular structure of THC synthase enzymes. It would probably take years and years…
